FALL MOCKTAILS
At Lolo, we’re all about good vibes, bold flavors, and sparking moments of creativity. We decided to bring a little twist to your sesh with a fun pairing guide: our favorite strains, reimagined as refreshing mocktails.
Whether you’re winding down after work, hanging with friends, or just looking to try something new, these easy-to-make drinks are a perfect complement to your Lolo favorites.
Spiced Apple Mule paired with Apples & Bananas
Ingredients
4 ounces apple cider
½ ounce fresh lime juice
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
4 ounces ginger beer (use a quality non-alcoholic brand like Fever-Tree)
Ice cubes
Directions
Combine cider, lime juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in a chilled copper mug or glass. Add ice cubes and top with ginger beer. Stir to combine. Garnish with an apple slice, a cinnamon stick and a lime wedge, if desired.
Pumpkin Spice Cream Soda paired with Vanilla Kush
Ingredients
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Soda
72 ounces cold soda water or sparkling water (not tonic)*
Whipped cream for topping
Directions
For the pumpkin spice syrup
Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the pumpkin puree and the spice and stir until everything is dissolved. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Let cool for about 20 minutes.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth to remove the sediment.
For the soda
Fill each glass with 1 ounce of the pumpkin syrup. Top with 6 ounces of soda water.** Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
Alternatively, mix together the pumpkin syrup and the soda water in a large pitcher. Give a good stir before serving and allow guests to top their soda with whipped cream and sprinkles before drinking.
Pear & Cinnamon Spritzer paired with Super Sherbet x Blockberry
1 ½ oz pear juice or pear nectar
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz cinnamon simple syrup (recipe below) or maple syrup to taste
1 ½ oz chilled dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay), prosecco, or 4 oz sparkling water/club soda/ginger beer (for a mocktail)
Ice
Garnish: Thin pear slice and a cinnamon stick
Directions
Combine the pear juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top the glass with your chosen sparkling mixer (wine, prosecco, or sparkling water).
Gently stir to combine the flavors.
Garnish with a fresh pear slice and a cinnamon stick.
